White Sauce for Pizza
I use this recipe for my wife as she prefers white sauce over tomato on pizzas. It's quite straightforward and here are the ingredients: 1 tbsp butter 1 1/2 tbsp flour 1/2 cup milk 1/8 tsp salt 1/16 black pepper 1/2 clove garlic (grated) 1 tbsp basil You can add oregano, crushed red pepper. Once you mix these just gently spread over your dough.
